How&How are looking for a strategic Senior Account Manager to join our London team. 

You will be an organised, highly-motivated team player with a passion for brand and marketing — and help us conceive, plan and drive marketing campaigns for the agency and our clients. Team members at How&How will have the opportunity to learn and thrive within our growing agency based at Second Home coworking spaces in London Fields.

The role of a Senior Account Manager at How&How is essential to the smooth running and growth of our agency. You will not only be the primary contact between our clients and the creative team, but also a strategist who will proactively manage accounts. Campaign plans will be devised as well as managed by you, so it's essential you're able to lead your own accounts and generate new, effective ideas.

The role will be heavily focused on Account Management as well as being brand & digital-marketing focused; so a broad understanding of brand development and digital channels is necessary.

The Senior Account Manager will report to the Strategy Director and work alongside our Digital Producers who manage the production team. Together you will deliver creative brand campaigns for our ongoing retained clients as well as one-off projects.

Salary: £45,000 per annum

Job requirements


  • Driving accounts forward by directing workstreams for projects and client accounts
  • Guiding and motivating people around you – both colleagues, clients and contractors
  • Owning your accounts by making confident, effective decisions
  • Spotting opportunities for growing accounts whilst demonstrating value for the client

What we're after

  1. At least 5 years hands-on agency experience managing a mix of brand, technology and marketing projects
  2. A rich variety of previous B2B and B2C accounts
  3. 360-degree view of all digital marketing channels
  4. Knowledge of CRM Software is a plus
